The #March Against Revenge Porn is currently seeking applicants for part time Internship positions based remotely throughout the United States. Interns will assist the Executive Director with project-oriented assignments and preparation for upcoming marches. Undergraduate and graduate students interested in cyber crimes, internet accessibility, LGBTQ+ issues and gender equity are encouraged to apply. Strong writing abilities preferred.
Summer: May - August, Rolling Applications
Fall: August - November, Rolling Applications
Spring: January-April, Rolling Applications
Press Interns will have the opportunity to expand their media knowledge by drafting and editing press releases, messaging development, video and audio production, drafting and pitching potential stories, monitoring social media, editing, and media outreach.
Ideal candidates are undergraduate or graduate students interested in combatting cyber crimes & sexual violence, LGBTQ+ issues, and gender equity.
This is an unpaid position. Skills and projects overseen may be added to resumé. Interns work remotely and must have access to a computer and Skype.
